Benchmade Mel Pardue Stimulus Auto - Takedown and Reassembly This knife came in for sharpening and the auto function was sticky, not working like it should. We took the knife apart and cleaned it up, returning it to proper working order.
Emerson CQC-11 sharpened for a client
Emerson Super Commander Pt2 - Finishing the work Knife came in severely chipped. We had to start with 100grit diamond stones to remove material and get rid of the chips/nicks in the blade. This video picks up from 200grit diamond and takes you through completion at 4mu/2mu strops. Paper cutting test at the end to prove its sharp. Knife was sharpened using a Wicked Edge sharpening system.
Check out this video for the work we did on a client’s Benchmade Mini-Infidel. These knives are known for having issues deploying when they are dirty. We completely disassembled the knife, cleaned it up and put it back in working order. We also repaired the blade tip and sharpened it to a mirror polish.

The video below shows the “before” and “after” shots of an Imperial M-7 Survival knife that we repaired for a client. The knife was used as a camp knife and took a serious beating. It had been allowed to rust and had even been in a few camp fires. We removed the majority of the rust, thoroughly oiled the knife and sharpened it. It’s now ready for a few more seasons of hard camping use.
